My Work

There is a great deal of functionality with the grids in Antero.  The grids can be ordered (ascending & descending), filtered, moved, hidden, made to be best fit, and grouped to format how data can be displayed. The My Work section is broke out in two tabs for Work Orders and Procedures. The number of records existing in those tabs will be displayed in parenthesis to help users keep track of new records. The section is made up of the options on the Toolbar, the grid, and the detail section at the bottom.

Tool Bar Options

 

This section has a unique set of ways to filter the data. The user can have the ability to filter work by my work, my maintenance groups, all work or Work Orders.  Procedures has similar options with my procedures and all procedures. These options are present based on the users permissions in User Security. Print and email are also available on the toolbar.

 

Users have the ability to save my layout that is discussed in more detail in General Features grid toolbar. My Work also used the Date Range Selection option that is discussed in Grid Filtering.

The My Work grid is at the top of the section and includes the status of work orders, the work order numbers, equipment names, task names, and other pertinent information about the individual open work orders.  The grid has two tabs at the top for Work Orders and Procedures.  The My Work grid incorporates the standard grid functionality utilized in other Antero sections.  

 

The My Work grids use a check boxes to select records when completing actions such as Printing and Emailing. Each record can still be highlighted on the grid which controls what displays in the details below.

 

 

Details

 

The detail panel gives the user the ability to see the additional details of work that is highlighted in the grid. Detail section layout will be different for the Work Orders tab and the Procedures tab.
