Creating Procedures
Procedures can be added directly to the Active Procedures section after they have been defined in Procedure Setup. Follow the steps to learn about adding new Procedures.
1.Click [add] to produce the Add Active Procedures window. Choose a Procedure Name from that drop-down list.
2.Date Scheduled will populate the current date. This date can be changed by the drop-down calendar or typing in the date.
3.Next, the Days to Complete, Maintenance Group, and Estimated Hours field will pull the data from Procedure Setup. Changes to these fields can be made directly in the fields.
4.Click the save button to create the procedure.
