Steps

The part of the window navigates the user through each step that must be completed.  The arrows above can cycle through each step assigned to the Procedure.

Step Completion Information: The Step Completed box should be selected when a step has been completed.  Needs additional follow-up allows the user to flag steps that need additional attention.

Step Completed: Once the Selection Box is checked, the select step drop-down is updated to show the step has been completed.

Needs Additional follow-up:  An additional option for the person completing the work that allows them to note that this step has been addressed, but needs to follow up further.  Checking this option will update the summary box and add an icon Steps Need Followup Needs Additional Follow-Up to the Select Step grid.

Note: These fields are not required to move the Procedure to history.

Completion Notes are entered below the Steps Completion Information for each Step that is completed.

Move to History

Once the Procedure is finished, the Move to History link will close out the procedure and move the record to Procedure History.  Date Completed is a required field and the proceduce cannot be moved to history until the date is defined.

It is suggested that all of the steps are marked completed or for follow up, but this is not a requirement to move the procedure to history.
