Complete database backups can be created for any database in Antero.  To perform a complete database backup, follow the steps below.

The Support backup provides a way for users to create a support designed backup that makes transferring your data to a Support Rep quick and efficient. Once the backup has been completed, there will be an option to upload the backup directly to Tech Support's dropbox.

 

Warning: Please make sure to contact Support and notify them that a backup has been uploaded.  Contact them at go2tech@allmaxsoftware.com or 800-670-1867

 

History, Audit Trail, Documents, and Images can all be selected to include in the in the support backup.  These options make it much easier to send a smaller database to support by excluding some of the larger data that is stored in a database.  If History and Audit Trail is included, there is an option to select a specific date range that gives the ability to provide the select time frame needed for the history records.

 

The support backup will create an .xml backup that will be created to the storage directory.

 

Note: The support backup is not designed for archival backup purposes.  There is no guarantee that these backups will be able to be restored as program updates happen.
